2012 Special Pricing 

ANY WEEK May to September - $115 per night plus tax. 

ANY WEEK January to April or October to December - $105 per night plus tax. *

Pool Heat $25 plus tax per day.

Cleaning Fee $100 payable on stays of 6 nights or less.

15% discount on nightly rate for bookings longer than 16 nights. 

So in summer that's one week, including Pool Heat and Tax for $1,097.60.  For a party of 6, that's just $26 per night per person.  

And off season it's one week, including Pool Heat and Tax for $1,019.20.  For a party of 6, that's less than $25 per night per person.  *
